These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Kolect Ads (the "Service"), available at ads.kolect.ai. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and theKolectAI General Terms of Service.
If you connect your Google Ads account, you also agree to comply with Google Ads API Terms and Conditions and Google API Services User Data Policy.
Use of Service
- You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding agreement.
- You agree to use the Service only for lawful business purposes related to managing Google Ads data.
- You are responsible for maintaining your account security and activity.
Accounts and Connections
The Service allows you to connect your Google Ads or other third-party advertising accounts. By connecting, you authorize KolectAI to access, process, and display data in accordance with your granted permissions and our Privacy Policy.
You represent and warrant that:
- You have the legal authority to connect and grant access to the advertising accounts
- You will comply with all applicable third-party platform terms and policies
- The credentials and access tokens you provide are accurate and current
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
Google Ads API Terms
When you connect your Google Ads account, you authorize us to access your Google Ads data via the Google Ads API. Your use of this feature is subject to:
We use the Google Ads API only to provide the Service's features as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not use your Google Ads data for any purpose outside of providing direct functionality to you.
Data Ownership and Rights
Your Data: You retain all ownership rights to your advertising data, campaign content, and any other information you provide to or access through the Service. We do not claim any ownership rights to your data.
Limited License: You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, store, and display your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. This license terminates when you disconnect your accounts or delete your Kolect Ads account.
Data Portability: Upon request, we will provide you with a copy of your data in a structured, commonly used format. Contact hello@kolect.ai to request your data.
Data Deletion: You can disconnect your accounts or request deletion of your data at any time. We will delete your data within 30 days of your request, except where retention is required by law.
Acceptable Use
You may not misuse the Service, including attempting unauthorized access, disrupting operations, or violating Google Ads or other third-party platform terms. KolectAI reserves the right to suspend or restrict access for abuse or misuse.
Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract source code from the Service
- Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers/networks connected to the Service
- Violate any third-party terms, including Google Ads policies
- Share your account credentials with unauthorized third parties
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property related to the Service—including software, design, and content—is owned by KolectAI or its licensors. Your use of the Service does not grant ownership or transfer of any rights.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” KolectAI makes no warranties regarding data accuracy, uptime, or third-party API availability (including Google Ads API).
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, KolectAI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion, including for violations of these Terms or for compliance and security purposes.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
